Summer has had some hot days here in California, but also some cooler ones. Mornings tend to be cooler with the marine layer, so much so that you want a light sweater or jacket, but in the afternoon it can really warm up. This outfit was a good all-day look for me and was perfect for the hourly change in weather. The Steven Alan jacket is older and has been a favorite of mine for quite some time now. Up until now all of my packing lists and travel tips have been about packing to leave on a trip, but what about packing to come home? We’ve all been there, you go on an amazing trip and do some shopping, then are not sure how to fit all of it back into your suitcase to come home.
