The weather has been warming up here, and it feels like Summer is well on it’s way. My favorite piece to wear lately has been a version of the little black dress, the casual black dress! In my last Minimal Closet post I picked out some versatile black swimsuits, and these dresses would be a perfect to pack light for a trip along with them. I love how easily you can take them from day to night with a simple swap of shoes, hair, or jewelry.

I chose a few of these because I’m partial to tank dresses, but really love the last two for their more sporty look. They’re all just a little different and will suit different tastes nicely. I’ve taken my favorite from day to night below:
