With Winter travel at it’s peak around the holidays, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’ll pack for some upcoming cold-weather trips we have (hint: It’s Paris!). I’ve already shared a Summer and Fall packing list, so today I’m sharing a Winter packing list for Paris. Some of these items I have and love already, others are on my wishlist, and the rest I’ve just discovered and fell in love with immediately. I feel as though even though there is only 20 items here, there are plenty of outfit options for every type of atmosphere or outing.

This list includes quite a few favorites from my own minimal closet, like the hat, sunglasses, slip dress, cape, cardigan, black denim, tapered pants, booties, and sneakers (ok, a lot of favorites). I have quite a few favorites from this list, but my personal favorite would have to be the Alexander Wang gabi booties. I love that they can work from a chic day exploring to a stylish night on the town. The alpaca poncho is also very versatile in that it can be worn as a comfortable sweater or oversized scarf (I did this in Iceland too!)

I will share more details as my trip gets closer, but I’m currently in early planning stages and can’t wait to explore. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Love this light packing list! What program do you use to do the collage?! ❤️

Thanks! I use Polyvore for layflats and photoshop to create the actual graphic. 🙂

This could not have come at a better time! I opened your site to see if you had any ideas for Paris in the Winter and BAM! 🙂 We are going this week and I’m so excited! I love Paris in the Winter – So much less touristy and a good excuse to duck into little places for a glass of wine or a Cafe au lait…
I am struggling with footwear options. I had a black pair of flat Cole Haan Booties that I had to get rid of after 7 years of heavy use and I can’t seem to find a replacement. I’ll check out your option. Thank you!

Ahh, have fun! We’re going in a couple of weeks. 🙂

Oooh I’ll be in Paris this fall so definitely going to check out that guide. 🙂

Long underwear, or warm tights under everything… It is cold here in Germany and pack light because if you are walking a lot no one is going to see your fancy clothes outside but will see your accessories and that fabulous jacket! Look forward to following on your adventures.

I’d go to paris ANYTIME!! taking notes for the future 😉

This makes me want to plan a trip ASAP. I like that you kept most of the pieces to black and white. That’s an awesome way to make outfit planning so simple!
