Hva Så Throw Pillow?

Hva så? (What’s up?)

Aiden’s room has a (very appropriate) Wiking (viking) theme and since I’m of Danish descent I wanted to make a Danish flag throw pillow for his bed.

1. Cut two rectangles the size of the pillow you want to make. Mine were red and were approximately 22″ x 12.5″. Sew on whatever decoration you want (or don’t want). For me it was the stripes of the Danish flag.

I know they’re rough but that’s the look I was going for. They’ll fray away.

2. Put wrong sides together and sew all the way around, leaving a small hole in one area to turn the pillow inside out.

3. Stuff your pillow and sew the hole closed. It’s now complete, hooray!

I think it really pops on his bed.
