Being self-employed has it’s perks but I don’t usually get to enjoy a holiday party, so this year I decided to get some of the local bloggers together for a holiday brunch and White Elephant exchange. It was nice to be able to interact with fellow bloggers in such an intimate setting. Walmart was kind enough to provide food for our brunch as part of their Walmart Grocery service, and Bare Minerals, Eyefi, Luna Bar, and Le Tote were kind enough to provide some goodies for favors. I know I received a lot of questions about the decor when the photos were on instagram, so I’ll try to fill you in. A lot of the items I made myself for the party, but the menu’s I did not. They are free printables from Cocorrina’s blog. The garland is made from 1600 coffee filters and bakers twine. The joy wall decor is made from Ikea garlands and fairy lights.
