I feel like I’m finally starting to hit my groove when it comes to dressing for Fall. I know it’s November and Winter is already looming in some parts of the world, but here in California we’re known to be fashionably late with the seasons. I’m okay with being late to the frost and chilly days. Today I’m doing something a little different with my outfit post, in that I’ve also partnered up with Old Navy to share a simple way to dress up a t-shirt. I know that with my own wardrobe simplified to the max, I’ve got to find a different way to be able to express my own individuality.
For any outfit that feels a little too simple, I love to add layers. You can do this by adding any sort of scarf, sweater, or interesting jacket to your outfit. In this outfit I’m wearing the marled everyday coat from Old Navy. It is an oversize cut, so I took a size smaller than I normally do and it fit perfect. It pairs well with this boyfriend tee. It’s made from linen, which is one of my favorite fabrics to wear year-round because it’s light, easy to care for, and easy to layer. I’ve included some of my favorite tees and layers below so you can mix and match to create your favorite outfit.
