While I may mention on this blog that it feels like Summer, I mostly mean a very watered down version of the overwhelmingly hot heat we’ve experienced in the last few years. California has had it’s run with a severe drought lately, prompting water shortages, restrictions, and a heavy sense of worry. This last Winter was one of our first with a higher amount of moisture, and this Summer has started out on a mild note. Today I’m sharing an outfit I’ve been going to a lot with the change in season.
I am a huge fan of hats, and this one is a favorite that I repaired awhile back. It transitions so well between the Spring and Summer seasons, so I’ve been wearing it often (hopefully not to death) again. I love to wear jeans with sandals, I’m not sure why. It’s just something I’m very comfortable in. I can get away with wearing sandals most of the time in California, except in Winter (we do have that here!) The sunnies have been my favorites since my trip to Santa Barbara last year.
