Sometimes you just have this moments where you can’t help but be proud of your child’s accomplishments. I always love my kids, but this week was an especially emotional week for me. Søren finished up his semester of classes. In the beginning he was timid and very mama-centric, but by the end he was doing the bars and balance beam almost entirely on his own (still spotted, of course!). He’s even almost got a two footed jump down! He got a little medal for all of his hard work and wore it around the house for two days straight.
Aiden had his end of the year dance performance this week, and will officially be done with 4th grade as of today. He had a couple of nervous moments but for the most part danced right along with his classmates to, “What Does the Fox Say?”.
