Summer has had some hot days here in California, but also some cooler ones. Mornings tend to be cooler with the marine layer, so much so that you want a light sweater or jacket, but in the afternoon it can really warm up. This outfit was a good all-day look for me and was perfect for the hourly change in weather. The Steven Alan jacket is older and has been a favorite of mine for quite some time now. I’d consider it one of my favorite investment pieces, and also wore it during our trip to Sea Ranch. The Fleeps were part of the goodie bag from the Midsummer Beach Picnic I hosted with Reichel, and have been a favorite this Summer as well.
This weekend I’m off to my hometown to pickup our doggies from Grandma’s house. They go to Grandma’s whenever we travel and love being in the countryside. I wrote a post awhile back about what to do with your pets when you travel, you can read it here.
