I apologize in advance for the obscene amount of photos in this post. I promise they are worth the load time! Recently I had the pleasure of attending a really awesome photography workshop (more later) in Southern California, so a friend and I took the opportunity to drive down Highway 1 from my house to the workshop. It is a drive that I’ve been dreaming about for awhile and although I’ve done most of this section before, it was storming this time and it made for really vibrant landscape plus or minus the couple of small rockslides we had to navigate around. All together it took about 8.5 hours including all of our stops and slow downs for photo ops. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting California, and even for those who live here. It’s one of the reasons that my heart swoons for my home, California!
P.S. How do you like my serious driving face? I promise I only make it when I’m having my photo taken while driving.
