I’m always mindful of the souvenirs I bring home, and the way I use them after a trip. Whether it serves a purpose as a decoration in my home, or something I can wear, I love to collect and find goods that are useful for more than just a quick memory. Today I’ve found some perfect items inspired by Copenhagen to serve as alternative souvenirs. Copenhagen is such a huge love for me, so it was really hard to find goodies I found worthy of representing the time I spent there. I love most of these items and some are even Danish brand, such as Ferm Living. I may or may not have already purchased this sweater (it’s on sale!). These earrings remind me of the crowns and hearts at the tops of the buildings, and I just adore this city buildings print. As always, you can shop these items via the links above.

What are some of your favorite travel inspired goods? Which of these would you pick?

  1. I always love your souvenir roundups! I think it’d be great to see more emphasis on droolworthy items and brands that are actually from that location. I was in Copenhagen in the spring, and we brought back some beautiful mugs by Royal Copenhagen, a super modern salt cellar by Georg Jensen, and a cozy throw by iittala. The Design Museum in Copenhagen has an AWESOME museum shop full of Danish treasures!

Thanks for the feedback Jeni! As a huge lover of Danish design, I am always looking for Danish brands that I can actually have shipped to the US. Ferm Living (featured) is one of them, and I considered Royal Copenhagen but couldn’t find the exact piece I wanted to feature (traditional Danish design/print). I’m going to look at the other brands you mentioned, I think I’ve head of Georg Jensen but not iittala. 🙂

  2. I really love the wall art that you found! Those are great pieces to blend in with any decor!
