Aiden had a day off from school so we visited a place I’ve been dying to go, the Italianate Garden (Italian Garden) at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga, California. It was not a very large garden, and I’m sure is more beautiful in official spring, but it was very well kept and beautiful despite our ill-timing. Søren was in dire need of a nap so we ended up cutting out trip a little short to save ourselves from an embarrassing public toddler meltdown. I hope that we can go back one day soon to explore more of the grounds because it is absolutely beautiful.
