When deciding what to pack for Milan, Italy it is very important to keep in mind what your itinerary looks like. If you are visiting a church, it is important to keep your shoulders covered, and skirts and dresses below the knee. Shorts are not usually allowed. If you’re doing lots of walking, you should probably swap out the nice heels for something more casual.
This packing list is less casual, for someone who enjoys dressing up, or a business traveler who might be attending a nice event in mind. The blazer can be worn over the black dress or slouchy pants with neutral flats for meetings, while the rest of the items with the nicer heels are perfectly suited for a night on the town. For a nice event you can pair the maxi skirt with the wrap top or the metallic tee. It all depends on how fancy you’d like to get. If you are doing more sightseeing, you might want to alter this list to be a little more casual.
