You spend one third to half of your life in bed, so shouldn’t what you wear matter? As I age and sleep becomes more of a priority I have given more attention to what I wear for it. I have always loved my linen sheets but lately I have also been gravitating toward making sure my sleepwear is also made from natural materials. Today I’m sharing a few of my favorites and as a bonus, some of them can be worn as regular clothing as well.
