I made these Triple Layered Creme Wafer Cookies for an easter party at my son’s school yesterday. You can make them too! You’ll need this recipe. I bought a miniature butterfly cookie cutter from Bake it Pretty, and used a shot glass for the circles since I don’t have any regular circle cookie cutters. I was rushed so some (see also: most) of them are a lot thicker than I’d like. 48 butterflies and 96 circles will make four dozen.
