Winter in Utah is no joke. After the conference I had some time to explore, so my friend Sally and I walked around snapping photos here and there. I really had to layer on a good Winter outfit to keep warm. I felt so silly as someone from California who doesn’t experience this type of cold regularly. It really does take some time for your body to adjust to big changes in temperature, though I never quite travel long enough to fully adjust.
