Despite the setting sun, the air was still hot and heavy where we spent our 4th of July. During the day the temperature soared to 102 degrees, a number we don’t often see where we are from. The day was quiet and we hung around with family from near and far. Steve attached a couple of fountains to one of his RC helicopters for a little different perspective. Aiden had fun with his glowsticks, I did a little painting with light. Søren was not a fan of the fireworks so he relaxed, safe in Grandpa’s arms.
