During our trip to Lake Tahoe I was determined to go on at least one good hike. Early one morning we headed down to Chimney Beach. The air was cool and crisp and the sun had yet made it’s way over the mountain tops. Steve ended up with more of a workout since Søren rode on his shoulders all the way down. At the bottom we enjoyed a snack. We also did some exploring by foot and air, and Steve even managed to take a dronie of all of us together with his RC Helicopter.

The delicious snack featured on our hike are bars from Taste of Nature. The were so kind to provide them for our trip. I have to admit that when I first saw them I thought they looked like bird food, but they taste absolutely amazing. The kids loved them too, especially Aiden. I like to always have a little something in my purse/diaper bag just in case I get hungry while on the go and they are perfect for it. The bars are organic, gmo-free, kosher, vegan, and gluten free!
