  1. lovely guide! I recently visited and I definitely had a blast! I think kayaking in Emerald Bay and hiking in Eagle Falls were definitely a highlight! The atmosphere was so beautiful

    1. As you should! There hasn’t been a lot of snow lately but it does get cold. Our favorite place to ski/board is Kirkwood just south of Tahoe. 🙂

    1. Thanks! I really love the re-design. I’m going to talk more about it once I finish up this Tahoe segment. I just couldn’t wait to get all of the new stuff up! 🙂

  2. How is it that I just left, and it’s already time to go back?! I think I waited too late in life to go, but these make it that much more enticing. Weeee.

  3. Note to seeeellllf…..Heidi’s Pancake House. The Guy loves breakfast foods (unlike me. I prefer sandwiches lol). I think we’re heading out to Tahoe towards the end of September, so I’ll have to keep in mind, some of these spots we should visit. Always love your city guides. Helps a newbie out 😉

  4. I’ve never been to lake tahoe, but I love all the pictures everyone takes! And this is such a great list of things to do see and eat! I love ti!

  5. After looking through your post I had to first go on MapQuest to figure out how far Lake Tahoe is from me. Thank you for this post. If I am ever in that area I now have my own tour guide right here 🙂

  6. So many people have talked about Lake Tahoe lately! It’s definitely on my new “places to go” list! I’ll be pinning this for future reference.
