Steve had to do a little work while we were in Seattle, so I ventured out with the kids to the Seattle Aquarium. I was really nervous to venture out alone with them but I survived! We walked over from the hotel in the rain and the kids had a blast checking out the fish and other animals. There was even a really cool octopus exhibit but I didn’t get to snap many pics of it. If you want you can check out the live octopus cam on their website. Afterwards we ventured over to the pier to grab a bite to eat and watch the ships go by.

It’s officially summer vacation season, what are your plans? Did you remember to enter my blog anniversary giveaway?

  1. fascinating! we are also planning to visit Toronto’s Aquarium this summer 😉
Aiden looks younger somehow in that pic 🙂

    1. Sounds like fun! I hope to make it to Toronto some day with the kids. Lots to see and do!

  2. Looks like fun! My girls love aquariums so this will be going on our list for our future Seattle trip too – your posts are my virtual guide book!
I love that shot of your two boys. Aiden looks so much like you 🙂

    1. Thanks! It’s definitely a fun activity, especially if the weather isn’t awesome. It’s not a very big aquarium but there is lots to see and do. And everything always looks better when you are small, so the kids will think it is way bigger than it really is. 🙂
